Charte éthique
Nous,
citoyens de la planète Terre, demandons à l'Organisation des
Nations Unies (ONU) :
 Alimentation
De donner d'urgence au milliard d'êtres humains victimes de la faim les moyens
de se nourrir correctement et de satisfaire leurs besoins essentiels. Et pas
seulement en leur faisant des dons de nos excédents, mais en leur transférant
les technologies (propres) nécessaires qui assureront leur indépendance pour
l'avenir.
Pour parvenir d'urgence à cette fin, de puiser dans les bénéfices indécents des
multinationales.
Démographie
De sensibiliser tous les peuples du globe au problème de la surpopulation
mondiale et de leur fournir les moyens éducatifs, médicaux et contraceptifs
adaptés
pour stabiliser la démographie humaine et accueillir dignement les générations à
venir.
Education
D'éduquer les enfants au respect du monde vivant, aux sciences de la Nature et aux
comportements écologiques, afin qu'ils deviennent des adultes responsables et
solidaires. De promouvoir la collaboration plutôt que la compétition.
Patrimoine de la Terre
De décréter patrimoine de la Terre l'air, l'eau et les ressources naturelles,
énergies, minerais, forêts primaires, espèces animales et végétales sauvages,
peuples premiers, humanité moderne comprise, même si elle a tout à revoir
d'urgence...
Eau
De faire de l'accès à l'eau potable pour tous les peuples une priorité absolue,
par le développement et le financement de techniques adaptées aux différents
milieux pour le captage des eaux de source et de pluie et l'assainissement
naturel (phyto-épuration) des eaux usées, ainsi que la promotion de l'hygiène de
base.
Energies
De prohiber l'usage des agro-carburants qui menacent les productions
alimentaires et les dernières forêts primaires, d'abandonner progressivement les
énergies polluantes, fossiles et nucléaires, définitivement et sans attendre
leur épuisement total.
Hautes technologies
De mettre en place un comité d'éthique qui devra évaluer si telle ou telle
ancienne, actuelle ou nouvelle technologie peut ou non être employée, et vérifier que son usage n'est pas nocif pour les écosystèmes, pour la
liberté des individus et pour leur santé à long terme.
De rendre illicite l'implantation de puces électroniques dans l'organisme
humain; les dérives se révélant trop dangereuses pour les libertés
fondamentales.
OGM et nanotechnologies
De renoncer à toute culture d'OGM en plein-champ et à l'utilisation des
nanotechnologies dans l'alimentation et les cosmétiques, tant que l'absence
d'effets secondaires indésirables n'aura pas été reconnue par l'ensemble de la
communauté scientifique indépendante.
De ne réaliser que des expériences en milieu confiné, assurant une sécurité
maximale quant au risque de dissémination dans le milieu naturel et d'impact
nocif sur la biodiversité.
Elevage
D'abolir l'élevage industriel en espace confiné qui nuit à l'éthique élémentaire
envers les animaux, à l'environnement et à la santé publique; d'inciter les
populations à réduire leur consommation de viande et à rechercher la qualité
plutôt que la quantité.
Animaux
De prendre en compte le rapport de Madame Suzanne Antoine, qui vise à sortir
l'animal du statut juridique de bien meuble (livre II
du Code Civil) et de lui octroyer dans le droit civil le statut d'être
sensible.

Agriculture
De revenir à des pratiques agricoles respectueuses de l'environnement et de la
santé humaine, par la diversification des cultures, la promotion des variétés
anciennes et locales, l'interdiction des brevets sur le vivant et des pesticides
chimiques toxiques qui constituent une atteinte grave à l'intégrité des hommes
et des animaux et à la qualité des aliments et des eaux.
Commerce
De réorganiser le commerce mondial en commençant par réduire tous les
transports inutiles de marchandises. D'encourager l'alimentation locale et de
saison, en favorisant l'autonomie vivrière et les marchés locaux.
D'interdire immédiatement l'exportation de l'huile de palme et son usage
occidental dans les aliments, les savonnettes et les moteurs.
Océans
De préserver les réserves océaniques en n'y déversant plus nos ordures et en
abandonnant la pêche trop intensive.
Forêts
De déclarer toutes les forêts primaires encore existantes patrimoine commun de
l'humanité et réserves naturelles, d'interdire leur destruction et toute forme
d'exploitation qui leur nuit, le commerce des bois tropicaux et des animaux
sauvages, et de promouvoir la reforestation naturelle et diversifiée pour
absorber le CO2 excédentaire.
Santé
De dissoudre l'actuel conseil d'administration de l'Organisation Mondiale de la
Santé :
- D'une part, pour avoir déclaré le niveau 6 de pandémie pour le virus A/H1N1,
bénin au regard d'autres maladies contagieuses, et surtout insultant pour les 25
000 personnes qui meurent de faim chaque jour.
- D'autre part, pour la promotion de pratiques d'hygiène contraires à la santé
publique (par exemple se laver dix mille fois par jour les mains, chaque jour de
sa vie, avec des solutions ou gels hydro-alcooliques qui ne servent qu'à
engraisser les trusts pharmaceutiques).
De laisser libre choix aux individus de se faire vacciner ou non contre des
maladies contagieuses bénignes comme la grippe.
D'annuler l'immunité pénale accordée aux laboratoires
pharmaceutiques.
D'interdire les vaccins annoncés, destinés à modifier les comportements.
D'interdire l'expérimentation animale devenue
scientifiquement invalide.
Gouvernance
De développer un grand conseil mondial indépendant et non lié aux firmes
pharmaceutiques, agroalimentaires, pétrolières ou autres, un conseil de sages,
dont l'objectif soit le bien commun de l'humanité et la préservation de la
planète par la concertation et la réflexion sur le commerce mondial, outil
d'échange, et le partage équitable des ressources restantes et des
connaissances.
Désarmement
D'interdire le commerce international des armes, de n'autoriser aux nations que la
production d'armement défensif à leur propre usage et de sanctionner sévèrement
les nations qui contreviennent à la Paix mondiale par des attitudes offensives
envers d'autres nations.
De favoriser un désarmement nucléaire général,
progressif et contrôlé.
Richesse
De recentrer ce processus de mutation mondiale sur la Vie et non plus sur
l'argent, se basant sur l'évidence que la véritable richesse n'est pas à la
banque mais dans la nature, la culture, la solidarité et l'harmonie.
De cesser toute spéculation boursière.
Humanité
D'inclure les générations futures dans la déclaration des droits de l'homme.

Ethical Charter
We, the citizens of planet Earth, request that the United Nations (UN):
Food
Give priority to providing the billion human beings suffering from starvation
with the means of feeding themselves properly and satisfying their basic needs.
And not merely by giving them our surpluses, but by the transfer of the (clean)
technology necessary to ensure their independence for the future.
Draw on the indecent profits of the multinational companies in order to achieve
this aim as a matter of urgency.
Demography
Raise awareness across the planet of the problem of worldwide overpopulation and
provide all populations with the appropriate educational, medical and
contraceptive means of stabilising population levels and assuring future
generations of a planet fit for their arrival.
Education
Educate children in the respect of the living world, natural sciences and
ecological approach to life, so that they become responsible and caring adults.
Promote collaboration rather than competition.
The heritage of the Earth
Declare all air, water and natural resources, energy sources, minerals, primary
forests, wild animal and vegetable species, peoples, including modern humanity (even
if in serious need of urgently calling everything into question) to be our world
heritage.
Water
Make an absolute priority of access to drinking water for all populations,
through the development and financing of techniques suited to the various
environments for the capture of spring water and rain-water and for the natural
treatment (phytotreatment) of waste-water, as well as the promotion of basic
hygiene.
Energy sources
Prohibit the use of agro-fuels which are threatening food production and the
last remaining primary forests and progressively and definitively phase out
polluting, fossil and nuclear energy sources, without waiting for their total
exhaustion.
Advanced technologies
Set up a committee of ethics with the task of evaluating whether any given
ancient, current or new technology may or may not be used, and verify that its
implementation is not harmful to ecosystems, individual liberties or long-term
health.
Make it illegal to implant electronic chips in the human body; the possibilities
of abusive application being too dangerous for fundamental liberties.
GM organisms and nanotechnology
Ban all open-field cultivation of GM crops and the use of nanotechnology in food
and cosmetics, as long as the absence of undesirable side-effects has not been
recognised by the entire independent scientific community.
Limit experimentation to confined environments, ensuring maximum protection
against the risk of dissemination in the natural environment and harmful impacts
on biodiversity.
Meat and poultry production
Abolish industrial rearing in confined spaces, which does not respect even basic
ethics with regard to animals, the environment and public health; encourage
populations to reduce their meat consumption and seek quality rather than
quantity.
Animals
Take account of the report made by Madame Suzanne Antoine, which aims to uplift
animals from the legal status of personal property (book II of the French Code
Civil) and accord them the legal status of sensitive beings.

Agriculture
Return to farming practices that respect the environment and human health, with
diversification of cultures, promotion of ancient and local varieties, the
banning of patents on living organisms and toxic chemical pesticides, which
constitute a serious threat to the integrity of mankind and animals as well as
to the quality of food and water sources.
Trade
Reorganise world trade, beginning with a reduction in all the unnecessary
transport of goods. Encourage the consumption of local produce that is in season,
favouring food autonomy and local markets.
Ban immediately all exports of palm oil and its use in the West in food, soap
and combustion engines.
Oceans
Preserve ocean stocks by stopping all discharge of waste into the sea and by
putting an end to excessively intensive fishing.
Forests
Declare all remaining primary forests to be natural reserves and the common
heritage of mankind, banning their destruction and all forms of exploitation
that are harmful to them, including all trade in tropical timber and wild
animals, and promote natural and diversified reforestation to absorb the excess
CO2 in the atmosphere.
Health
Dissolve the present Executive Board of the World Health Organisation:
- on the one hand, for having declared the A/H1N1 virus, benign compared with
other contagious diseases, to be a level 6 pandemic _ particularly insulting to
the 25,000 people who die of hunger every day.
- on the other hand, for the promotion of hygienic practices which go against
the interests of public health (for example washing our hands thousands of times
a day for as long as we live, with solutions or hydro-alcoholic gels, which
serves only to fill the pockets of the pharmaceutical companies).
Allow individuals to choose freely whether or not to be vaccinated against
benign contagious diseases like the flu.
Annul the penal immunity accorded to the pharmaceuticals manufacturers.
Ban the vaccines intended to modify behaviour that have been announced.
Ban animal experiments, which have become scientifically invalid.
Governance
Set up an independent grand world council, free of all links to pharmaceuticals,
food, oil or other companies, a panel of experts, whose raison d'être is the
common good of mankind and the preservation of the planet through concertation
and reflection on world trade, a means of exchange, and the fair sharing of
remaining resources and knowledge.
Disarming
Ban the international arms trade, authorise countries to produce only defensive
arms for their own use and severely sanction countries that threaten world peace
by offensive attitudes towards other nations.
Create the conditions for general, progressive and controlled nuclear
disarmament.
Wealth
Reorient the process of world mutation, basing it on Life instead of on money,
on the basis that true wealth is not in the bank but in Nature, culture,
solidarity and harmony.
Stop all stock-market speculation.
Humanity
Include future generations in the declaration of human rights.
